Every Wednesday, a wave of eager believers gathers at The Ark of Light for All Nations, Gospel Pillars Church, Ikeja, Lagos, for the Global Midweek Service—many arriving hours early, notebooks in hand, while thousands more connect virtually from across Lagos, other parts of Nigeria, and nations around the world.
During this week’s service, Prophet Isaiah Macwealth delivered a profound revelation:
“Faith is the condition by which we step into Abraham’s inheritance to unlock the blessings and prosperity promised by God.”
The Bible affirms in Galatians 3:29, “If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” This means that as believers, we are not ordinary people—we are heirs of the covenant. Abraham, the father of faith, secured an inheritance as the possessor of heaven and earth (Genesis 14:19) through his obedience and unrelenting trust in God. As his heirs, we have access to the same blessings, but they must be stewarded wisely to experience supernatural increase.
An Heir is someone with a rightful claim to an inheritance, and in this case, our inheritance is both spiritual and material because possessions serve as a testament to God’s blessing.
A crucial aspect of stewardship is recognizing that wealth is not just about accumulation but strategic investment in:
• Personal growth and development
• People and relationships
• The advancement of God’s Kingdom
• Soul-winning efforts
Prophet Isaiah Macwealth emphasized: “Your life must be a reflection of God’s blessings.” God calls us to be faithful stewards, and Jesus illustrated this principle in the Parable of the Talents. Those who multiplied what was entrusted to them received even more, while those who buried their talents out of fear suffered loss. As heirs of God’s Kingdom, we are not meant to live in lack but in divine abundance. Faithful stewardship is the bridge between what we have now and the supernatural increase that God has in store for us.
As the year progresses, pray for the grace to maximize the gifts God has placed in your hands. You were designed for a specific purpose—walk in it with wisdom and diligence.
