Discovering The Secret Waters of God

DISCOVERING THE SECRET WATERS OF GOD AT GOSPEL PILLARS CHURCH

Sundays at Ark of Light for All Nations in Ikeja, Lagos, are a time of worship, renewal, and spiritual growth. Thousands gather to encounter God’s presence and hear the mind of God for the season

Recently, Prophet Isaiah Macwealth shared a message titled “Manifesting Your Fruitfulness,” based on John 15:1 (KJV)

In his teaching, he explained how staying connected to the Lord Jesus Christ, the True Vine, is the key to living a fruitful life.

Abiding in the True Vine

Just as a branch cannot survive apart from the vine, believers can only experience true growth by remaining in Christ. Isaiah 58:11 (KJV) describes the result of this connection:

“And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.”

Without God’s living water, life becomes dry and unproductive. But those who stay connected to Him will always be refreshed and able to flourish, no matter the season.

The Secret to Abundance: A Deep Thirst for God

The key to experiencing this refreshing is a deep thirst for God. Only those who truly desire Him will be filled. Isaiah 44:3 (KJV) says:

“For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.”

Prophet Macwealth encouraged the congregation to develop a strong desire for the things of God. Seeking Him through prayer, studying His Word, and holding onto His promises will always lead to fruitfulness.

However, this fruitfulness is not just for personal benefit. It is meant to have a lasting impact on communities and bring glory to God’s kingdom.

The Secret Waters of God

Throughout the Bible, water represents God’s refreshing presence and provision. Prophet Macwealth shared three ways God nourishes His people:

1. Rivers

God’s presence flows like a river, bringing strength and renewal. Revelation 22:1 (KJV) says:

“A pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.”

2. Wells

Jesus is the source of living water. John 4:14 (KJV) says:

“But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”

3. Rain

God pours out His blessings like rain, strengthening His people. Psalm 68:9 (KJV) says:

“Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.”

When we desire more of God, He responds by pouring out His presence in different ways, ensuring that we never run dry.

Surrendering to the True Husbandman

Just as trees depend on water to grow, believers must allow God to take care of them. He prunes, waters, and nurtures those who surrender to Him, preparing them for a life of fruitfulness.

Prophet Macwealth led the congregation in a prayer of surrender, asking God to remove everything that hinders growth and to help them bear lasting fruit.

May we always remain connected to Christ, thirst for His presence, and live in a way that reflects His glory.
